Standards Question?
I am 5'2'' and am using a 12'6''120 pole and my standards are all the way back at 28. And it's not like I am jumping amazing heights, it is my first year and so far my PR is only 6'6''. Is there anything I can do to move my standards in that would make my vaulting better too?! Thanks.

SO right now my PR is 6'6''. According to our assistant coach for pole vault if I planted straight I could easily make 8'. Does anyone have any suggestions of what drills I can do at home to fix this problem, and anything I can do during practices and meets to help get me straight over the bar inst...
