jumped 10 feet at a meet. i only jump good at meets, i blow at practice lol. i knock the bar off at 6-7 feet lol. i call it LHD...Low Height Disease. i been vaulting for about 5 weeks and i still can't get inverted, it's really pissing me off. i'm clearing bars with my feet on top like i'm standing ...

i thought that keeping a straight bottom arm is bad because it obstructs a much needed swing to attempt to get inverted. idunno, i'm always hearing about people keeping a straight bottom arm to bend the pole. i know that as long as you have a good swing, it'll be sufficient to bend the pole. a stiff...

i just started bending the pole. i'm on a 12' 6" pole. I moved my hand hold up today to about 10'. i'm not afraid of the bend like i thought i would, it feels pretty good getting it. i get good pop up, but my top form over the bar isn't that good. i can't get inverted, and rotate my body for the pik...
