it looks like on your 16' jumps your trying too hard to clear the bar...you need to stay back on your pole longer and "steer" your feet over like you do at 15'6..you have it easy though congrats!

never look down when vaulting..when you plant keep your head and chest up looking through your bottom hand...with your hands stright above your head swing up and find you feet...good luck fixing this..hope this all helps

your still parallel to the ground because you are not swining hard enough..if you swing your trail leg harder and stay on the pole longer like the others are saying you will quickly get through your helicopter phase...so swing up and find your feet and watch them over the bar before initiating your ...

yeah sweet man...you should head up to IUPUI friday. Every vaulter in Indiana other than IU PU and Notre Dame will be there for "Little State." it should be a good competition for you to check out some NAIA vaulters
