Looking for PV spikes. We tried Nike Zoom TJ size 7 men's but they were too big. Maybe a size 6?
Also willing to try Nike PV or something else if you have suggestions.

Karmen jumped 11-0 at her state qualifier to win for small schools. Came in at 10-0, then made 10-6. Made 10-9 by close to a foot, then 11-0 1st attempt. Her jump at 10-9 looked really good. May I suggest that you don't need to train her 7 days a week during peak season ... which is NOW. In fact, 6 days a week might be too much. But if she's training 6 days a week (max), may I suggest that you train her hard (the "heavy" lifting) on the day AFTER the meet ... not the day befo...
