6m club chart

I realize the chart on this website is super old, but I'd love to see it updated! A 16 foot chart for women would be pretty cool, too. Anyone able to provide that kind of information??

Re: Run/Plant critique.

Fix your pole drop. When you drop it early like that you have to lean back to counter-balance the weight of the pole, and it puts you on your heels (decelerating). You can even hear the difference in the sound your feet make over the last 4 steps.
Good luck!

Re: Olympics!! How to watch/follow in the USA

One of the weaker finals lately IMHO. I'm going with Lavillenie, Kendricks and Da Silva respectively. I think a lot of the failures in prelims had to do with wind conditions, and I suspect the same will be true for the final. Renaud and Sam are consistent regardless, but the rest of the field is ske...

Re: Who will make the US Olympic Team? Your predictions here!

I'll bite. Men: Kendricks, Walker, Blankenship. Dark horse: Colwick! I think they will be hard to beat, but I'd really like to see some of the up-and-comers (Houston, Cunningham) have a good day, too. Women: Suhr, Morris (if healthy), Payne (if healthy). Dark horse: Clark. The three top wome...

Re: Lower back injury

I'm no orthopedic surgeon or physiotherapist

I am...if your problem continues please see a professional. Your parents most likely have insurance for problems like this. If for some reason you'd rather avoid the doctor, then feel free to team up with Shaq. :dazed:

Re: Lower back injury

I would go see an orthopedic doctor and get an x-ray. Fractures are much more common than "pulled muscles" in your lower back. Kirk is right in either case, you will need a period of rest/immobilization. After feeling better and being cleared by a medical professional, your long-term techn...

Re: Worlds Live Coverage

The coverage was awesome, maybe the best I've ever seen. I wonder how much can be attributed to the general meet structure (PV only)?

Still looking for poles, definitely would like a 12' 160 or 165 as well as a 13' 150.
