Hey dude, I had the same problem and developed serious vaulters block but then one day you just get pissed or pumped up or a little stupid and you go for it. Guess what, there is a reason that the fourteens don't work any more, your ready for a fifteen.

I use what ever is on the pole at the time, but usually just one layer of tape over lapping. I have used the stickum stuff and it is hard to get off the pole for me.
