Re: Looking for some basic gymnastics equipment

I would look up online how to build parallettes, as well as how to build an outdoor pullup bar....there are so many different ways to tackle developing overall coordination and gymnastic ability without building a facility. Hope you find/found what you needed.

2 random pit pieces for sale - $50 per (Elsah, IL)

I am putting up for sale two random Pacer pit pads. They are not brand new and have been around our facility stored away for quite sometime. Re: Where is Rock Light going?

Coach Light, I'll try to get in touch about coaching. I am a young assistant and am looking for wisdom. I am a second year pole vault coach and am eager for any direction to get more knowledgeable in the pole vault. You spoke once at a USTFCCCA convention that I attended. I haven't been since. Do yo...

Re: Preseason workout help?

You need to get away from intensive cardio training as the predominant mode of conditioning and focus on approach runs away from the pit and building up to several approach with 2-3 minutes rest. Add in low level pliometrics to be prefoed after an event specific warmup. Slow walking pole drills as w...
