stress fractures can be tricky depending on their location and the severity. i would personally go with what you doctor says and stick to it. If you don't you can risk messing things up even worse and being out way longer

the approach to a vault is just as important as the vault itself. if the approach..run, carry, etc is off the success of the vault is less likely

technically if youre not holding at the end of the pole the point at which your holding is not rated for the same weight..the further down you hold on a pole the more weight it can handle.

where i live they're pretty strict about the taping of poles and weighing in..if you're even a tenth of a lb. over you better start running and as for the tape, if you at a big meet its best to just tape the pole the week of

haha this is called a back extension roll..cause as youre rolling backwards you extend your arms. but yeah this is a good drill as well as handstand hops(kicking into a handstand and "hopping" on your hands" and round offs (cartwheel landing on two feet) over a barrel or something sim...

a lot of times dual meets are not posted on the big websites because they want meets with more than 2 teams. which sucks for ranking because a lot of people go unnoticed if they never compete in any big invitationals/states/etc

Stadler definately had her moments this season but was occasionally inconsistent, but improved during the last month of the season.
