I am in my sophmore* (track season) of college. My life time pr is 13'6 and my season pr is 13'3"ish. In the jump I have attached I am vaulting from my 7 step at 95'6" jumping on 15' 160 spirit pole at a 15'6". http://www.ubersense.com/video/view/PQFfgNwt# Any kind of help on my jumps...
