Also Trey and Ben, you said something about the swing stopping once my feet get to my hands... How is to possible to swing past your hands? I try and avoid rowing to keep my top arm back or at least perpendicular to the ground so I have more room to swing but I don't get how you to swing further. C...

Good luck with the step, just seems like a mental game that will come with practice. As far as the sliding grip, I would have her try taking practice plants while just standing in front of the box and have her press into the pole a bit. This may get her a little used to the feeling of taking off and...

You have a great take-off and your mark seems to be money. I notice that you don't really move your hands to much. I would try to move them forward more as you are swinging as it will allow you to keep pressure on the pole better which will be important on stiffer poles. I would also be more active ...
