Basically the situation is that our pv coach from spring is the Head Coach for winter track and only has 1 other coach to assist him. does anyone know of any trampoline drills that i can do over the summer to improve my technique or a site with pictures showing how to do the drills would be a big help

thanks, i wasnt so sure cause this was my first season vaulting and it just seemed a little stiff, i still have about a foot to go on the pole but states is in two weeks so we have to see what happens i guess

i was just wondering what would be a good transition for a person using a 13 165 to a 14 foot pole, my coach thinks im ready to move to a higher grip but all we have is a stiff 14 150 so we have to either borrow or trade for a better pole so any suggestions would be a big help. oh yeah i jumped 12' ...
