I don't know if anyone can help with this but my college wont allow us to bolt down our standard holders because where we practice is at the end of the 55 straightaway on our indoor track. strenghten it as much as you can, seriosly. didnt dislocate mine but over time had torn my labrum vaulting creating damage akin to a very bad dislocation (my shoulder would pop out and right back in during vaults, very painful). hopefully yours will heal well enough so you can vault but i would reco...
