14'6" 180 Pacer and 15' 185 Carbon for sale in NV/CA

I have a 14'6" - 180 lb Pacer and a 15'0" - 185 lb Pacer Carbon for sale. Haven't used them in a few years, so its time to let them go. They are used but still have plenty of good jumping left in them. Asking $250 for the carbon, $200 for the Pacer plus shipping if needed. We are full time...

15' 185 Pacer Carbon For Sale

I have a 15' 185lb Pacer Carbon for sale. I'd like to think that I'll get back on it any time soon, but that's far fetched and I could use the money elsewhere. Selling for $350 + shipping from FL. These sell for $680 new.

Re: form correction

Ditto on that. Safety first!!

Take the word of people who have seen pads move and injuries occur. Don't do it! Even on safe pads, accidents can happen. Gotta be smart!

Re: Help. I haven't PRed in 4 seasons and I'm tired of it.

Again, I strongly advise against moving up hand grips until you are clearing heights with your standards at 24-26 minimum. You run the risk of a stall, which you are already doing. I understand it may be fear that is stalling you, but I can assure you MOST of it is not fear but a bent top arm. To ge...

Re: Help. I haven't PRed in 4 seasons and I'm tired of it.

You're vaults look horrible because you shouldn't be "working" on bending the pole. Its not a technique you "work on". Its something that develops naturally. Don't work on the bend. Work on the arm and the posture at takeoff. When the top arm is straight, work on driving the bott...

Re: Help. I haven't PRed in 4 seasons and I'm tired of it.

Before I comment on any technique stuff... I am a big safety nut when I am out there coaching and running events.
