I am starting pv this year and am freaking out. I used to be a really good sprinter like running 13 seconds then I just lost it. I don't do drugs and I don't drink it's like it flew out the freaking window. Now I'm worried the same thing will happen with pv or I might just fall on my face. Help a gi...
