Well she was (isa) the best but honestly you are only the best if you show up and win. No question she after all the world record holder, but Jen has 5 meters in her as well on the right day. Great field for sure

Well yes for sure your plant needs to be earlier. What I mean is the plant should be done high and pushing up through your shoulders almost a full stride before takeoff. So between your penultimate stride and the actual takeoff foot impact the pole should be as high as possible and that last shorter...

I concur a year to a year and a half is about right for good mechanics(relatively speaking) to be there. Although there is a former level 10 high school gal that jumped 9 feet on day one down here in Florida and jumped 11 by may. Total time vaulting 5 months. Not the norm but gymnasts bring a lot to...
