Sunshine State Games Tomorrow!!!
Last day to register for the Florida Sunshine state games. The meet is tomorrow at 8:30 AM at Melbourne Central Catholic High School The facility is very good and the weather will be awesome! Hope to see some vaultes there!

Welcome back! Check the post adult Michigander wishes to vault again. A lot of info about options to vault. Easiest thing to do is find a local club to jump with. Check the usatf NC website for clubs near you and give them a call! Be safe have fun and again welcome back we have been waiting for you!

That is what we are all hoping for. Big wind tomorrow 13 gusts to 19 out of the NE. Big poles and lots of speed how can that be bad!!!!

On the subject of other ways to jump, back in the late 70's Steve Smith took some big jumps 16'-17' range from a skateboard on a slight downhill approach. Cant find the video but it was crazy,awesome,scary and just outrageous. Would love to see it again if anyone could drag it up.
