Would love to see the possibility of having high school athletes in the area get a chance to vault and train indoors. With NCAA regulations regarding contact with HS athletes, I wonder how this could done? Any ideas? I know some hold weekly clinics with a fee - others...? I'm coaching just 45 miles ...

I do wish I had asked for a copy of the flex numbers/pole length chart they use to measure their poles while we were there... We don't have a high bar but you might think about some rings if you want a solution that can be used about anywhere. I found some rings at http://www.ringtraining.com. They took about 3-4 weeks to come in. They are rather inexpensive ($65).

I agree with Rainbowgirl about trying your best to leave the vaulting at the track as much as possible. I've been coaching my son for 4 years and starting my 5th soon.
