Nothing that I have read has said that they are going to do a qualifying round in the field events. This only being a three day meet it seems like they do not plan to have qualifying rounds. Has anyone heard one way or the other? One final with 48 competitors would be an absolute nightmare.

Yes, that is true, I agree fully with you Becca, but that doesn't change the fact that there will be chasing of marks and the fact that is seems like one region will be tougher to get into then another.
