Did you try a different computer? I've opened it up on about 10 different computers over the last few weeks and it's worked everytime. It's a PDF file, maybe your Adobe isn't updated?

Kirk - I've always trained my guys to land on their backs or butts. Before this I havn't had an athlete sprain an ankle for about 4 years.
