How would I get my MID from 5 lefts?

I haven't tried going from long approaches because I didn't have to, and I still don't have a reason to either, but the next poles are much longer and would require more speed right?
I will take my 6 step MID on Monday I wanna say...but Tuesday seems more likely.

My next pole should be a 13' 145.
After that we only have 14' poles. When I get on these would it also be a good time to move back?

Just curious, not really planning on moving back.
Currently going from a 5-lefts, and loving it actually.

Ahhhhhhh...if only. We are fundraising our DMR and 4xMile teams to NON, because the school froze our track budget (of which we rarely had any money in it anyways).

One thing I remember being taught last year was doing "close the gaps" (like butt kicks but less exagerated). They basically kept the foot dorsi-flexed and high knees, and are similar to how youre supposed to run when you vault.

Find a high school with a pad, sand pit, high bar and a willing coach -then find 20 athletes prepared to pay 50$ each and I will run a two day clinic for 500$ -with 500 for the high school coach - the weekend of June 6/7!! Oh and the athletes will probably need to bring at least one pole each -unle...

Im pretty sure our state meets are run around that time...so most of the better vaulters would be training for the meet.
If I don't make state (which I probaly wont) I'd be down to go!
