I would suggest that you keep working on your technique with the poles that you are comfortable with from the shorter runs. Make sure you have the big poles in the bag at the meet just in case you need to get on them.

Congratulations to Brandon! Sounds like he's in good company with great coaching from his dad and Brandon Richards! And he's so young! I've seen video of some of his big jumps and he looks great! Good luck to Brandon and his coaches!

5/08/14 7A State Championships Cabot, AR Congratulations to Lexi and Tori! Going into the meet, the 7A state meet record was 12'10". Both Lexi and Tori cleared what they thought was 13'00" and when the officials realized it was a record height, they measured; turned out to be 13'00.75"...

Thanks, Brian! We're very fortunate to work with some great young people! You've been to our facility so you can vouch for me when I say that we're far away from anywhere. It takes a huge commitment from our athletes' families just to make it through our doors.
