Maybe the reason Poland has entered four is that shipping poles to meets has gotten to be very undependable and they're sending a spare?

Samsu in Texas

From two sources, I read about Roslinda Samsu clearing 4.05 meters at a meet in Texas, probably Austin, the last week of June. I haven't been able to verify the location or exact date, or learn of her placing. It would be a new national record for Malaysia. Can anyone help?
