Thanks. Well a lot of the time I have to bail on the jump because Im already past the bar before it starts recoiling. I let go of the pole and it gets shot way in the air, looks pretty cool. Ill get my standards in the 30s tomorrow once I start getting high and see how that goes. Im getting frustra...

wow, that is the most impressive jumping ive heard of from a sophmore girl ever. she must have such a take off to get through to a 150 at her weight!! haha thats the kind of pole i jump on!! i cant wait to see this girl when i come down this summer.

Also something that might help would be when you take off, you let your drive leg drop, you should really keep that driving forward, that will help with you penetrating in the pit, one other thing is you let your feet come out at the bar instead of keeping them back and to the top of the pole, anyw...
