high bar is a piece of gymnastic equipment used to help vaulters learn to swing better and body control. If you have a firewall on your computer you probably can't view the videos. google high bar drills and check out images.

The popsicle sticks get scuffed up or even break rather than your pole getting banged up at the bottom. You can buy a protection sleeve like this one...

has anyone ever tried putting a cut tennis ball on the top of a pole to keep some of the nicks and cracks from occuring when it isn't caught? I haven't but have heard of it, but never tried it.
