A good book takes time. :dazed: It was all Russ V's idea, and fault –ha ha. At first the plan was to reprint the Ganslen stuff. But we could not get together with the family on a price for the copyright. I think, in fact, they actually had none of the original materials to sell us. :confused: Sooo...
