Anyone have any spikes in that size? Used or otherwise? I just need some pretty badly, hopefully for cheap. I've been vaulting in trainers.

To reiterate.... the whole "stay behind the pole" drill in a REAL vault is only similar until the pole hits the sand/box. You can stay behind the pole as a DRILL by trying to force your hips to stay in a "C", but I wouldn't suggest doing this drill any more than doing the same d...

I can't watch videos like that, it tears at my heart. I've got a soft spot for dogs. (Cats, not so much. But i don't want them tortured.) That is just horrible. Okay, i worked my little butt off in the sand last thursday and this afternoon... And for the life of me i could NOT keep my hips from coming through... i could not stay behind the pole at all... And i have no idea why, besides my takeoff which i've been working on.

This is FRUSTRATING.
