well my coach is going to buy me a new pole. So what do you guys think i should get. I want to stay with the spirits because i really like them. I'm thinking a 13'1 150. Because the one i broke was a 13'1 145.

yeah it broke right under my lower arm im suprised im not hurt too bad i landed on my shoulder in the pan! Yeah thats about my only option so far. I just hope our school will let my coach buy another pole. but i doubt it.

I am slightly confused lol. So you want to plant with your bottom arm straight but move it in and push the pole forward to vertical? Is that correct. If not could you explain this a little better for me? I think it may be one of the main problems why im not getting vertical becasue i keep my bottom ...

Yeah you are right. All three of us left at second call to go run. But he was in a later heat. I think everyone assumed he was out, and thats why no one said anything. I just hope that never happens to me sometime. I guess they're isnt really anything you can do about it.

At an indoor meet I did go down on the pole and got ten feet but the pole isn't too big I think I just need to break the habit if goin into a ball and start staying tall and getting a swing
