I just had a junior boy clear 11' without bending his pole with a double leg swing. Go figure. Still working on driving his lead knee.

You are about a foot under at takeoff. Try and post a video of your whole run. This way we can see where the problem starts.

First, do you have a coach? Second, this problem is best addressed off the run away. Find a place where you can string a bungee up at about 10 feet in the air. Then, run a three step plant with your last step (some call the takeoff or jump step by others) trying to jump up and touch the bungee with ...

Beyond the pulling of her bottom hand, I suspect that she is under at take off. In the one picture that show her leaving the ground, she is at least a foot under. It would be helpful to see a full vault that includes her run.

What Kirkb said plus grab at couple of large trash bags to keep your pole grips dry and your track bag drip. Add four or five towels to dry your hands. Caulk will help in light rain but stickum is useful for heavier rain.
