I coach a girl who got invited to usatf qualifying meet. Would it be better to take her to the Nike outdoor national meet if she can qualify? Also what is the qualifying height for girls?

I would like to know who is going where if this is possible. I want her to compete where the 13 to 14 foot girls are going to be at.

When I was in highschool I went to the AAU and USATF meets. I felt it was not as competitve as I would have liked.

Any feedback would be great.

Are you talking about your Association's Junior Olympic Championships? Or USATF Junior Nationals?

im not sure about J.O. But i know theres going to be an insane amount of competition at nike outdoor nationals. mostly because theres some 15' 6 vaulters that are on the verge of putting everything together, and already have over 17ft hieght. along with riley eagan and nico and a bunch of other awsome vaulters
