Congratulations to Lexi and Tori Weeks who made history today at our opening meet of the season. Both opened at 12'06.75" then made 13'00.75", 13'06.5", 13'09.25" and 14'00.5". To top it off, they both made 14'00.5" on their first attempts. This height ties them for the highest overall mark by an Arkansas girl. Lexi held the mark at 14'00".


Have there ever been 2 girls from the same high school jump 14 feet? In the same year?

Wow! Great job to those girls and their amazing coach. It looks like they have more in the tank for sure.

When they made their final bar, Lexi was on a 13'9" Altius Carbon Elite 21.1 flex gripping 13'6" running from 8 lefts. Tori was on a 13'9" Altius Carbon Elite 21.8 flex gripping 13'3" running from 7 lefts. I know Altius flexes their poles in inches but I've always converted them to cm.
