GROSSETO, Italy - Competing in cool temperatures at the Stadeb Stadium, Team USA highlighted the final day of competition at the Pre-World Meet in Grosseto with hot relay performances. Team USA won the women's 4x100m and practiced against each other in the men's and women's 4x400m relays. USA athletes also had some other impressive individual performances in this tune-up competition.
In the women's 4x100m relay, Ashley Owens (UNLV bound), Juanita Broaddus (Barton CC), Jasmine Baldwin (California), and Shalonda Solomon (South Carolina bound) won in 44.05 seconds.
