Would be good if it works but at January 3 I wonder how many teams will show up. Via NCAA rule indoor meets have to have some different criteria (10 events per gender, and some others). I am sure Akron could just stick a few of their kids in each event to fill that but there may be a minimum amount of NCAA teams required for it to count as well but I am not 100% on that.

Not too many teams out there are competing on January 3...

They will easily have enough participants to make the minimum requirements for the marks to count.
