For all you college vaulters

I graduated last year ('04) and i had to take a year off do to money problems. Im going to Mount St. Mary's here in Maryland because my teammates got my name around to their coach who is giving me money to jump. since i've been unable to jump since may, what is the best way to keep my form and some exericises/workout routines so i wount dissapoint my coach. ANYTHING will help. I've already used one of my 5 years so i know i have to work really really hard
