Pole Variety

I'm just curious to see what everyone else uses for poles and why. Personally, I like spirits and will only use spirits but I would just like to know why people use other poles and the positives and negatives for each.

Let me start: I use spirits because I feel that they have the best recoil for me. I have a fairly tall plant and takeoff so for me, they are easy to use and to roll over with the quickest recoil on top. I jump 34 inches over my hand grip but no other poles seem to cut it for me when it comes to my specific form. I've tried carbons (break too easily, not enough recoil) and pacers (too easy to roll over, not enough kick) and spirits just seem to fit me best.

Let me know what you use! I'm curious
