Should NCAA Have a U-23 Limit?
Should NCAA Have a U-23 Limit? There is no right/wrong here, just getting feedback and opinions. There was a 30-year-old athlete on the women:s team at my university - she won multiple NCAA II titles in the middle distances. Fair to those 18-23 year olds? Apply that to the vault. Fair to your national and team title chances?

I don't think that it really matters a ton... there are plenty of true freshman, even high schoolers jumping high, and conversely there are plenty of older guys that are not jumping as high. Once athletes grow into their 'adult like' body, I think it's all fair game. Granted, more training will help in the technical long run, but all the training in the world isn't going to make everybody jump 6m... few people have done it for a reason..
What do you all think?

Frank B. was an athlete on my collegiate team who was older than were his training partners and teammates. He benefitted from the extra guys around - the great group that was getting excellent coaching from Jan Johnson. Frank B. vaulted 5.36/17-7.25 and was just as well-liked, hard-working and established as were his younger teammates.

hey, haha i spend alot of my time on pvp posting, but well wait i don't have a job, haha im too young, but anyway, i don't think that the age would really matter as said, once the mature body is in tact, i think that the better poloevaulter will win, but yes, then the time of vaulting also does affect the outcome in some cases.
