It's pretty easy to get poles on Charter busses... http://masterstrack.com/blog/005982.html

If you are not so picky about pole brands and exact flex (I did not), maybe you can consider some pole from pool of poles available for competition (http://www.kamloops2010masters.com/athletes.php, "Competition Implements", "Poles", click on plus sign).
Here is a list:
* 13”6” 165#
* 11” 110#
* 11”6” 120#
* 12’ 130#
* 12’6” 140#
* 13’ 150#
* 13’6’ 160#
* 14’ 160#
* 14’ 165#
* 14’6” 175#

I've emailed to organizer and asked about poles available for competitors and here is a reply:
For the poles, generally a selection is made up by the LOC and the Stadia VP
to make sure that there are a reasonable selection.
Please let me know what size you require and I will pass this on to the LOC
with your details and then they can let you know later in the New year
should there be any problem, which there generally are not.
There is no charge, and no registration until your competition, I believe
the day before or 4 hours before the competition you let the equipment
know, so that the correct pole is taken out for you.

Sounds good to me. One thing less to think about.
