Will our summer training is over and we will take a month off and then start up indoors. The indoor training will start on the first Monday in Oct and run until the 13th of February. Practice will be held at the NW Sports Hub in Centralia, Wa. on Monday's and Wednesday's from 6 until 9, and the cost is $15.00 a day. You must be a member of the USATF, all ages and level are welcome. There are usually two or three coaches available each day. If you wish to use your own poles you are welcome to bring them and store them at the Hub, if not here is a list of poles that we have for you to use.
