UW vaulting?

How can I get more information? Does anyone know when Coach Licari starts offering his off-season training? I've looked and looked at gohuskies.com and i can't find A THING. help? anyone know anything?

I don't think Pat knows the details yet. Be patient! They won't start until around November.

Thanks. And I know I should be patient :) but it's very hard when you sprained your ankle competing at the beginning of the summer and you've finally been released to compete again :) i'm really excited :)

U-DUB Track and Field Clinics

FEATURING
UNIVERSITY OF WASHINGTON TRACK & FIELD EVENT COACHES

WHAT: Basic technical instruction for track and field.

WHEN: Fall Session: November 5th through December 17th (Excluding Nov 24th)
Basic skills and mechanics
Winter Session: January 7th through March 4th
Continued basic skills and mechanics, with intro to advanced techniques


Both Sessions: Wednesday Nights 6:30-9:00pm
(Please arrive no earlier than 6:30 as our teams will be practicing until that time.
Also please check the website before each clinic to verify that no changes have
been made.)

WHERE: The Dempsey Indoor Practice Facility at the University of Washington in
Seattle, WA. Parking is available, but not provided.

WHO: Open to all ages and abilities (including first timers). Coaches
Are also welcome to observe no charge.

COST: Fall Session: $100
Winter Session $150
All proceeds will benefit the Husky Track & Field program. Payable at the
clinic, cash or check made out to Husky Track.

WHAT TO BRING: Athletic clothing and shoes, (some equipment will be provided, however
athletes are encouraged to bring their own when possible).

DIRECTIONS: From I-5 North or South: Take 520 East. Exit Montlake Blvd. Turn Left onto
Montlake Blvd. Turn right at the traffic light in front of the Football Stadium.
From 405: Take 520 West. Exit Montlake Blvd. Turn right onto Montlake
Blvd. Turn right at the traffic light in front of the Football Stadium.

PARKING: Most participants will park in the E-12 lot within Husky Stadium (enter via
Montlake Blvd). The cost for parking in E-12 is $4.00 and must be purchased at
Gate 8 upon entering the stadium. Additional parking is available within the E-
1 parking lot located off Montlake Blvd for the same rate of $4.00. (Continue
driving North on Montlake, you will see it on your right just beyond the athletic
complexes).

And if you want more then come to Oregon City on Saturdays to jump with Pat's high school and community college coach in the newly remodeled WSTC Training Facility... Pat has become an awesome coach so everyone should be up there during the week!!!
