I have no idea if these have pole vault, but I saw this in the Spokesman-Review today:

TRACK AND FIELD


COUGAR TRACK AND FIELD

Cougar Track and Field Camp at Washington State University will be held from June 27-July 2. Cost is $340. Contact Justin Drake at (509) 335-0230 or Track_&_field@wsu.edu for more information.

IRON WOOD THROWER DEVELOPMENT CAMP

The Iron Wood Thrower Development Camp will be held at Eastern Washington University June 27-July 2. Instruction will be given in throwing events including discus, hammer, javelin, and shot put. CCS TRACK & FIELD

Spokane Community College will host track and field camps for kids ages 6-18 June 14-18 and July 6-9. Cost is $75 per person. Register at SCC or call Larry Beatty at (509) 533-7349 for more information.
