Tyson Byers in the Spokesman-Review, too bad I can't read it

There is an article about Tyson Byers in the Spokesman-Review. I am sure it is a great article.

I can't read it, because you now have to pay to have online access to their paper

Do you know why my rankings always suck for eastern WA? Because half the papers over there pull BS like that. The Pullman newspaper has been doing the same thing for years. None of the coaches over there are very good about keeeping me updated with marks.

I emailed several papers 2 years ago asking for free online access and they said no. I'll probably try again and see what they say, but it will probably be the same thing.

They probably lose more money in revenue from online ads, than they would make from people paying $7 a month for online access. Because seriously, how many people are actually going to pay that? If you subscribe to the print paper you get access, but that's not really an option for me.
