So my little sister Laura is a freshman this year. She had come to practice with me a few times her 8th grade year, but never really did too much. I mean, Kierstin (my other sister who vaults for BYU) and I have taught her how to do little drills and stuff like that, but yet again nothing big. But this past week she had her first track meet. This was her first time jumping with a crossbar, or even really putting everything together. (Even though she doesn’t even swing yet) She jumped 9 feet! How awesome is she! I'm so proud! :D crazy vaultin' Schvaneveldts!! ;)
