New Pits at Edmonds-Woodway!

Unread postby rainbowgirl28 » Wed Apr 09, 2003 9:51 pm

Zack tells me Edmonds-Woodway got new pits. Yay!!

No more injuries from hitting the palates under the pit... no more dragging an extra top cover from Lynnwood HS in and out of storage.... :D

This only applies to people in the NW... but E-W hosts a lot of meets including the Club Northwest All-Comers meets.

Becca is happy O:-)

I am looking forward to actually making to one of the Edmonds meet so that is good!

I am selfishly curious where the old pit went -- sure it was crappy if you say so, but I am looking for a backyard pit and figure someday I'll give a new home to an old tired pit. I bet the new owner of the old pit is as happy as the old owners of the new pit!

I am of course looking for that freebie that I only have to rent a trailer and drive over and get. I know high schools are retiring their undersized pits. Anybody got a NW lead on one?

I just thought I'd post this and maybe someone will feel my pain and ask ME to haul their old pit away!

Talk to the schools in this post... or email Tim Reilly for more schools.
