I guess this will be at his Olympic size pit in his house. Yes, in his house.

I've never been there, but I've seen pictures and heard 1st hand accounts. The house has a room big enough to put a pit & runway in it. There were pictures of it on the web a few years ago when they flew Dragila in for a clinic at their house. The runway extended down a hallway.

Barrington is a senior in HS this year. He's headed to Oklahoma next season. He has a legitimate shot at being the next 18' high schooler but consistently taking off in the double-digits is kind of an issue for him.

From what we have been told, the Barringtons have had three sons that vault. They built the room with the pit and the runway runs down a hallway past the three sons' bedrooms. They then proceeded to built the rest of the house onto the "vaulting/bedroom" part! :D It reminded me of a gymnastics meet my oldest daughter competed in that the vault runway ran down a hallway past the two restroom doors and water fountain. Then they had a garage door open past the vault and it was open with a pickup truck with matts in it was ready in case you went on out the door!!! The Barrington's setup is way better I am sure! :P
That's Jodie!!

A scripture that makes me think of all you girls and guys pole vaulting....

Habakkuk 3:19
The Sovereign LORD is my strength;
he makes my feet like the feet of a deer,
he enables me to go on the heights.
