SENIOR OLYMPICS DOCUMENTARY PREMIERES AT AUSTIN FILM FESTIVAL
Live pole vaulting by 89-year-old film star & AARP members receive free tickets

The documentary Age of Champions will make its Texas premiere Saturday, October 22nd at 11am at the Austin Film Festival. Before the screening, 89-year-old film star Adolph will conduct a live pole vaulting demonstration for the film festival audience. Immediately following the screening, the film’s director and Adolph, will hold a question and answer session with the audience.

Age of Champions is the inspiring story of a group of athletes—a 100-year-old tennis champion, 89-year-old pole vaulter, team of basketball grandmothers, and a pair of swimming brothers—all chasing gold at the National Senior Olympics.

AARP is sponsoring the Austin Film Festival screening and offering free tickets to AARP members, limited to the first 100 people, so register today! Register at http://www.ageofchampions.org/aff and your tickets will be held at the door on the day of the screening. If you are not an AARP member but would like to come, there are plenty of seats available and tickets will be sold at the door on the day of the screening for $10. Please arrive 25 minutes before the film is scheduled to begin. Watch the trailer and get more info at http://www.ageofchampions.org/aff
