It's nice out!

Weather.com says the wind is from the north and should stay that way, so hopefully it won't be so swirly. It's that west wind that was real swirly in prelims and the men's finals.

how are warmups going?
Our greatest achievement is not in never falling but in rising every time we fall

Warmups have been fine. The wind has been fine. Mostly tail, but varied a lot in the intensity.

We are underway! Lots of passes at 4.20, but Melinda Owen makes it clean on her first attempt.

Mary Vincent clears easily as well, her sunglasses fly off in the process.

Everyone else passed, so we are moving up tp 4.30.

Bar goes up to 4.30. Stuczynski and Johnson pass.

Schwartz has an easy first attempt clearance with plenty of height.

Bartolina has an awesome jump and blows through her pole.

(it was a miss for Erica)

April Steiner doesn't get off the ground as well and looks really slow on her swing and misses.

Lacy Janson clears with a big amount of height. her takeoff is getting SO much better.

Owen has a nice clearance as well.

Tracy O'Hara makes it on her first.
