Top 20/50 USA Men 2010

I have been asked to compile the pole vault lists for the USATF Annual this year. So here's my stab at it:

Sorry for the crappy formatting, it was fastest for me to save the Word doc as a web page and it came out legible, though not pretty.
The first section is the top 20 outdoor performances of 2010. Since there was a tie for 20th it went deeper.
The second section are the rest of the top 50 performers for outdoor 2010. There was obviously a BIG tie for 50th, which I suspect will be excluded from the book.
ATHLETES WHOSE BEST MARK WAS MADE INDOORS includes the best mark of anyone from the above list if it was superior, and adds anyone who only had an indoor mark that would have made the list.
SUPPLEMENTAL INDOOR PERFORMANCES are additional indoor performances that are high enough to make the top 20 list above.
Some other notes:
- Brandon Estrada is now competing for Puerto Rico, Tilastopaja says that was effective 1/1/2010. I think everyone already knew about Brian Mondschein switching to Israel last year.
- Outdoor meets that got the PV moved indoors and indoor meets held during the outdoor season are on the indoor list. If you jumped it indoors, it goes on the indoor list. Or it should be, let me know if I messed any up.
