I'm curious why Sam Kendricks is not mentioned in this press release? :confused:

From the sounds of it, the pole technology did all the work, and it takes no skill on the part of the vaulter to get a 49 inch push-off.

If I were Bruce Caldwell, I'd sign Sam to a pro contract in a heartbeat - he's the one that cleared the bar! He's the one that deserves the credit!

And after his phenomenal USATF win, he's the only vaulter in the world right now that's positioned to promote these ESSX poles!

What's the true story here? :dazed:

Sam Kendricks is still in college, thus can not endorse anything or have any sort of contract and retain is eligibility. NCAA for the win!

I don't know why I assumed that he was a senior. My bad, I should have checked that.

BTW, a 49" push-off is fantastic! Can't wait to see what he does when he moves up his grip. ;)
