2007 York Beach Vault

2007 York Beach Vault

The Annual York Beach Vault will be this September 8th ( the saturday after Labor Day) At York Beach in Southern Maine.
There will be an open runway at 8 am and the competition will start at 10am with an opening height of 5 feet. This meet will range from kids jumping at 5 feet to competitors jumping at 16 to 17 feet!. Men women boys and girls will all jump at the same time if they are at the same heights.

There will be more information coming soon, But mark your calenders and if you love to vault and are in the New England area get ready for some fun in the sun.

So who is going to the vault this year, Ill be headin down sat afternoon. hopefully this year the tide wont come in before i jump and have to stop. cus i want higher than 5 meters on a short approach , with some fun in the sun, supposed to be hot , hopefully getting a nice tail wind to get my fat butt off the runway since i sit in a cubicle all day.

you and me both spike, but i get screwed every year, sucks when your short approach opening height is 15 9 - 16, and the meet bar starts at 5 feet, something must be done if this meet ever wants to get bigger and some noteriaty
