On Sunday Dec 28th 2008 Vault High Athletics will be hosting a one day pole vault camp from 10am-4pm. Begginers, elite, High school, college, masters men and women welcome. We teach the proper way to run, plant, swing and get inverted. Vault High Athletics provides poles, lunch and will video your practise so you can actually see what you need to do to VAULT HIGH!!!
