OVER THE BAR — Sherwood sophomre Kathryn Mariman goes over the bar in the pole vault competition in the Bowmen's meet with St. Helens.

SHERWOOD — Kathryn Mariman likes soaring to new heights.

Mariman, a Sherwood High School sophomore, has the girls school pole vault record in her sights.
